1. Acceptance of terms

By using the Rahawan Cargo platform or requesting any service through it, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the Refund & Dispute Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform and services.

2. Operating entity

The Rahawan Cargo platform is operated by Rahawan Group, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (formed October 13, 2026; Delaware File Auth 205412171). Registered address: 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA. Operating headquarters in Alexandria, with regional support across the UAE and the Gulf.

3. Description of services

Rahawan Cargo is a logistics and shipping-facilitation platform that helps customers obtain clear logistics information, coordinate shipments with certified local or global agents and carriers, and obtain shipping manifests and tracking through to destination. The platform does not present itself as the owner of fleets or operating vehicles; it acts as a trusted facilitator between the customer and a partner network.

4. Quotations & payment

Quotations remain valid for the period stated therein unless otherwise noted, and may change with fuel prices, carrier rates, and exchange rates. Payments are due per the quotation or invoice. Operational execution does not begin before agreed dues are settled unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Role of partners and carriers

Physical carriage is performed by certified partners and carriers under their terms and transport documents. Liability limits for loss or damage follow the bill of lading, carrier terms, and applicable international conventions. Suitable insurance is recommended for valuable shipments. The platform is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.

6. Documents & customs

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of data and documents (cargo description, value, country of origin) and for paying applicable duties and taxes. Fines, delays, or seizure from inaccurate data or restricted goods are the customer’s responsibility. We assist with clearance coordination via partners without assuming the full legal obligations of the importer or exporter.

7. Estimated timelines

Delivery times are good-faith estimates and may be affected by weather, customs procedures, carrier congestion, and circumstances beyond reasonable control. Delay beyond an estimated date alone does not automatically create a right to compensation or cancellation.

8. Compliance & prohibited items

Services are provided in line with applicable laws and relevant export-control and sanctions regimes. Shipping prohibited or restricted goods, or goods destined for sanctioned parties, is forbidden. The platform may refuse any request that violates these rules without liability. We do not accept undeclared cash, undeclared hazardous materials, weapons, narcotics, or counterfeit goods.

9. Platform tools

Cost calculators, tracking pages, and guides are planning aids. They do not create binding rates and do not guarantee an unverified shipment status. Binding price and schedule appear in the written quotation; the privacy and refund policies also apply.

10. Intellectual property

Platform content (texts, logos, design) is the property of Rahawan Group, LLC and may not be copied or republished without prior written permission.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, unless mandatory local consumer-protection law requires otherwise to an extent that cannot be waived. Disputes should first be addressed amicably under the Refund & Dispute Policy.
